| Description |
Skills Required:
* Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an intentionally recognized University.
* Minimum 5-7 years work experience in the field of construction which may involve project management, architectural and engineering facilities design, construction contracting and management with a proven track record.
* Ensure that projects are executed within allocated timeline and budget.
* Should possess practical experience in negotiations, site evaluations and construction supervision.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office, MS project, AutoCAD and related software.
* Should be able to keep abreast of current developments in the construction industry relating to construction methods and material.
* Ability to function as a coordinator for cost related matters on site.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to handle problems effectively, delivery problem specifically.
* Ability to leverage organizational resources to accomplish goals.
