JOB DESCRIPTION: 1.Support to production team on pilot or mass production for product failure analysis and continue efforts on product continuous improvement to product development team in form of an ECR (Engineering Change Requests). 2.Lead / coordinate part / product qualification 3.Responsible for the assembly of the product and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN) until the product is obsolete. 4.Perform engineering samples analysis, part labelling and provide products feasibility study feedback to product development team. 5.Key person to officially release all documentation such as BOM, drawing, artwork, schematics, test requirements and assembly diagrams for controlled copies. 6.In charge of preparing a production line and running the engineering trial build. Complete a report summarising the issues and actions required for the project engineer to then oversee. REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: -4 years technical engineer/designer in industrial companies or equivalent experience with strong product failure analysis skills. -Good analytical skills and problem analysis and able to de-bug failed product using a schematic and assembly diagram. -Good communication skills -Self-motivated and team player EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: -Bachelor Degree from university, major in Electronic engineering
